Shipping policy
We fufill orders Monday - Friday from our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way! Please ensure your delivery address is correct and you have chosen a safe destination for your package to arrive.
Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for larger orders.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is processed.
Orders ship only once all items in the order are in-stock and have been processed.
At this time, we do not ship to any locations outside of the United States.
ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.
Standard Shipping within the United States is $5.00. Our delivery standard is 5-14 business days within the United States. Ree + Ro Atelier is not liable if the delivery date exceeds this timeframe.
LOST PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as shipped, Ree + Ro Atelier is no longer liable for any delays or stolen packages. Ree + Ro Atelier is not liable for lost packages and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you need to return a product, please email us at reeandroatelier@gmail.com to begin the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
Returned products must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition, including all original inserts and accessories. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect shipment.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. The returned items must be shipped within this period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the product arrives at our warehouse.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Ree + Ro Atelier, Inc. reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned items are received or proof of return is provided.
