Refund Policy
If you need to return a product, please email us at reeandroatelier@gmail.com to begin the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
Returned products must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition, including all original inserts and accessories. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect shipment.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. The returned items must be shipped within this period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the product arrives at our warehouse.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Ree + Ro Atelier, Inc. reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned items are received or proof of return is provided.
